I was skeptical as this stuff is very expensive. I've been dealing with issues of comfort and fissures on and off for years. But so far it's been a great investment! Such a gross problem that I think a lot of people deal with. I'm on medication that makes things irregular and that happens. Haven't had any issues since I got it. People complaining about consistency are weird. It takes a small dab and spread it around. It's fine.
